Practical Aspects of Designing Innovative Trials for Studies in Child and Adolescents

Workshop Goals: 

• Critical analysis of traditional two-arm parallel RCTs - gold standard research designs.

• Exploring design aspects of newer trials such as - Master protocols, Basket trials, Umbrella trials, and Platform trials with special reference to the domain of Child and Adolescent psychiatry.

 

Expected Outcomes:

• Delegates will be capacitated regarding the practical aspects of design and hypotheses testing using new and emerging trials.
