Non-Refundable Registration: All payments made for registration are final, once your registration is confirmed and payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We strongly recommend that you verify all registration details before finalizing your submission to ensure your ability to attend the event. Any additional payment dispensed by you will be deemed solely yours and will not be eligible for a refund.

Accuracy of Registration Details: It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the registration process is accurate and complete. Any discrepancies, including incorrect personal or professional details, must be rectified prior to submission. Registrations containing inaccurate or misleading information may be subject to cancellation.

Registration Transfers: Registration is strictly personal and non-transferable. Transfer of registration to another individual is not permitted under any circumstances.

Unanticipated Circumstances: We shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations. In such cases, the event may be postponed, and participants will have the option to attend the rescheduled event.
