Workshop Goals: 

• Understanding of the context of development and unique needs of children and adolescents 

• Grasp of the basic CBT framework. 

• Adapting the framework for children and adolescents

• Basic assessment and case formulation skills. 

• Creative modalities and techniques for applying CBT interventions with children and adolescents

• Practical and ethical issues in CBT with children and adolescents 

 

Expected Outcomes:

• To equip participants with basic CBT skills for working with children and adolescents. 

• To capacitate participants with an understanding of basic CBT framework and its  adaptation across children and adolescent population

• To enable participants with understanding of basic assessment and case formulation strategies with application of techniques of intervention, following ethical guidelines.
