Workshop Goals: 

• The workshop aims to demonstrate how to use SFBT, effectively

  • in clinical practice in child and adolescent psychiatry 

  • in school mental health 

• The workshop focuses on integration of solution focused approach in interventions to improve wellbeing.

 

Expected Outcomes:

• Understand the basics of the SFBT through the acronym SOLUTION FOCUSED

• Learn how to frame solution focused questions using the FRaMES format.

• Perform SF steps using the Pictorial framework workbook 

• Learn to integrate solution focused thinking in wellbeing interventions
